- Open the Instagram app
- Tap on your profile picture in the bottom-right of the screen
- Tap on the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) in the top-right of the screen
- Tap on Settings and privacy
- Scroll down to the Who can see your content section and tap on Blocked
- View the list of accounts you have blocked and select the user you would like to unblock, tapping the Unblock button

How to Unblock Instagram Users via Profile Pages
To unblock an account that you currently have blocked from someone’s profile page, do the following:
- Open the Instagram app
- Tap the magnifying glass icon in the bottom menu of your feed page
