Followers, likes and views can only be delivered to a public account. Open Instagram, go to Settings, then Account privacy, and make sure Private account is switched off. Once the account is public, your order carries on by itself.
The post is up and its likes are visible
Likes, views and comments need a post that is live with its like count visible. If you hid the like count or archived the post, make it visible again and the delivery continues.
The username is right and unchanged
Compare the username on your receipt with your profile. If you changed your username after ordering, or there is a typo in it, contact us with your order number and we will point the order at the right account.
The post isn't restricted
Instagram sometimes limits or removes a post that goes against its guidelines, and a restricted post cannot receive engagement. If your post was limited or removed, contact us and we will sort it out.
